For chrisitians.can evil spirits have authority to take life?

Hello all. I am a chrisitian and currently 6 weeks pregnant. I have been scared of miscarriage ever since I got pregnant because I had a chemical pregnancy the month before. Well a few days after I found out I was pregnant, I was falling asleep at night and got jolted awake with the feeling like something was sitting on my chest. I fell asleep again and it happened again, 3 times before I switched positions on my stomach and it didn’t happen again. Last night it happened in a different way. I was sleeping on my side and was once again in the transition of not being aware but not being asleep either when I got jolted awake by a tightening, like a spasm in my abdomen, where my baby is growing. It literally felt like my abdomen was moving. It happened 3 times again of the going to sleep and getting jolted awake until I finally went on my stomach and it didn’t happen again. My first thought was that it felt like my body was going to release the baby. It literally felt like something was trying to rip my baby out of me. Is this just my paranoia, or is it possible something is trying to steal my baby from me. I have been scared of miscarriage because I haven’t had any normal pregnancy symptoms like my last pregnancy, I don’t even feel pregnant. So maybe this is me being nuts, maybe just muscle spasms but why does it happen everytime I’m almost asleep and in those positions? Could it really be the enemy after me or just my imagination? My sister, after her baby was born, was seeing black shadows flying across her ceiling and was going though a lot of negative things. A week later she died suddenly of a rare heart problem that was caused by the pregnancy. I go to church every Sunday, pray often, yet I still don’t feel that close to god like I should. I just don’t feel his presence with me. Could I be weak enough for something bad to happen to me?

I have to go with the evidence on this one.
Cause of death is almost always determinable by things that exist in the physical world. For me, this brings into question whether demons even exist. If they’re so impotent as to have no real affect on us physically, I seem to be safe even if I’m wrong.
The only reason I believe in the existence of demons is because of the nearly universal condemnation of humanity as a whole in certain liberal philosophies. I can’t believe that actual humans would be as stupid as that on their own.

First of all your hormones are affecting you so things ARE different.
If you are a Christian Satan cannot attack you without God’s permission-LOOK at Job.
“Faith comes by hearing the word of God” so read your new test daily and you will feel closer to God again.
Satan does like to accuse us and make us scared. God IS with you, the holy spirit dwells IN you so don’t worry. Even is you were to loose this baby God IS with you.

Going to church will not make God’s presence with you. Read the bible. That is God’s way of speaking to us. When you get those bad feelings wake up, grab your bible and read it. Pray for God to protect you. Satan can scare you all he wants. You need to understand that God’s protection is more powerful. Just have faith in God. Understand that God’s will is the best thing. Even if it is something we don’t like we have to understand it is for the better. It sounds like satan is trying to scare you. Don’t let him. Like I said. When you get that feeling, wake up, Turn on a light, grab your bible, read and pray. I know people who were attacked by demons. I was once. I started praying to God. I opened my bible and the first thing I read was “get out of here satan.” It was scary but God got me through it. Rebuke Satan in the name of Jesus. God bless you.
