What makes Christianity the most powerful and influential religion in the world?
Servant of the Lamb asked:
Wherever Christianity has been preached and accepted, there has been a change in society, not only economic progress but also change in the mindsets of people, breaking down of superstitions and false beliefs and promotion of human rights and dignity. On the contrary wherever Christianity has been suppressed, there has been gross violation of human rights, extremism and intolerance.
Is that the reason why many people choose to migrate to western countries to enjoy the blessings of Christianity and the freedom it brings?

It’s a very successful meme
1) There is only one way to heaven (through Jesus)
2) Be outspoken about your religion (those who are lukewarm I spit you out)
3) If you don’t follow our religion you BURN
Hence it spreads

I’m going to guess that they horrifically murdered all who dared depart from their teachings until the latter part of last millenium.

I don’t think that’s working in America right now.
Economy is bad,and same *** couples can’t get married except in some parts of the country. So much for that.

Here’s how to convert someone into Christianity:
1) Promise of Heaven – treasure, mansions, gold paved streets, sitting next to god
2) Promise of Hell if you don’t convert – Burning flesh for eternity
3) Either the person converted out of fear or ran away when they saw a Christian approaching

mostly because rulers in middle age Europe saw it as useful so they started killing people that didnt believe it. then the teachings got passed down making the religion spread. Hopefully with the age of information upon us, we might take the example given to us from Scandinavian countries and start to do away with harmful illogical beliefs.
