Christianity offers a way of life that is peaceful, moral, responsible, reliable and, most of all, loving. Mankind cannot help but benefit from godly behavior even if they don’t believe in the God behind the behavior.

30% of hospitals in US are faith based. That is making a difference in people’s daily lives.
20% of universities in the US are faith based. That is making a difference in people’s daily lives.
The majority of food banks, shelters and international relief agencies are faith based. That is making a difference in people’s lives.
I think these are plenty to start with. All of these receive funding from donors and gifts. If it wasn’t for those great people giving then you’re taxes would go up to fill the need. Be happy for Christianity and Christians. Their giving lowers your taxes.

Not a lot of practical things, if any. It offers a moral way of being. And it doesnt mean to stand still while a girl slaps your face. What if the girl had a box cutter? That wouldnt make any sense

Christianity, in the right context, offers all the path to taking your eyes off of what is already dead – our flesh/ego – and putting our sights on the things eternal, those of the Spirit. Those things you listed above, the practical things if you will, all take on a different intensity when driven by love. When love is the basis for all you do, as it is supposed to be in Christianity, then the unfathomable notion of eternity is a mute point because today is LOVEly too.

To my understanding, you can’t speak language. You have to speak A language. i.e. I speak English, and am trying to learn to speak Spanish. I don’t speak language itself.
It is my assertion that you can not just be good. Yes, as an adult you can be good, or what you perceive as good. You can even say it wasn’t because your parents took you to church and bible school, or CCD and Sunday School, even though generally speaking, most things you think are good or evil line up exactly with what you were taught. (99%, easily for even the most ardent ethicist who has reanalized most things they believe in… because most things don’t come up every day)
So, after salvation, here are some of things Christianity has offered mankind…
1. The Beatitudes:
Luke 6:20-26 (New International Version)
20Looking at his disciples, he said:
“Blessed are you who are poor,
for yours is the kingdom of God.
21Blessed are you who hunger now,
for you will be satisfied.
Blessed are you who weep now,
for you will laugh.

2. The 10 Commandments (this example from the McGuffey Readers, the most popular American public school text book through the 19th Century)

3. Natural Theology. Which in time evolved to what we today call Science. Archeology, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and pretty much every science we take for granted originated (as we use it, as most of the ancient Greek texts were lost or Christianized) in Christian Natural Theology. Math is an exception, because it originated in the Islamic world. (You try to do Calculus with Roman Numerals some time)

On marriage:muslim have what is mutah/misyar marriage which can been seen as pleasure marriage, as the man “marries” the woman purely for lust and then leaves her. This type of marriage was sanctioned by mohammad.

3. WOMEN ARE EVIL OMEN
Sahih Bukhari, Book 52: Volume 4, Number 110:
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar I heard the Prophet saying. “Evil omen is in three things: The horse, the woman and the house.”

The Quran in Sura (Chapter) 2:223 says:
Your women are your fields, so go into your fields whichever way you like .
“If a man invites his wife to sleep with him and she refuses to come to him, then the angels send their curses on her till morning.”
5.HUSBANDS DEGREE ABOVE THEIR WIVES.
The Quran in Sura 2:228 says:. . . Wives have the same rights as the husbands have on them in accordance with the generally known principles. Of course, men are a degree above them in status .
6. MALE GETS DOUBLE SHARE OF INHERITANCE.
A male gets a double share of the inheritance over that of a female.
The Quran in Sura 4:11 says:
The share of the male shall be twice that of a female .
7.A WOMAN’S TESTIMONY COUNTS HALF OF A MAN’S TESTIMONY.
The Quran in Sura 2:282 says: And let two men from among you bear witness to all such documents [contracts of loans without interest]. But if two men be not available, there should be one man and two women to bear witness so that if one of the women forgets (anything), the other may remind her.
8.A wife may remarry her ex-husband if and only if she marries another man, they have sex, and then this second man divorces her.
The Quran in Sura 2:230 says: And if the husband divorces his wife (for the third time), she shall not remain his lawful wife after this (absolute) divorce, unless she marries another husband and the second husband divorces her. (In that case) there is no harm if they [the first couple] remarry .
9.Slave-girls are sexual property for their male owners.
The Quran in Sura 4:24 says:And forbidden to you are wedded wives of other people except those who have fallen in your hands (as prisoners of war) . .

The Quran in Sura 4:34 says: 4:34 . . . If you fear highhandedness from your wives, remind them [of the teaching of God], then ignore them when you go to bed, then hit them. If they obey you, you have no right to act against them. God is most high and great.
12.Mature men are allowed to marry prepubescent girls.
The Quran in Sura 65:1, 4 says: 65:1 O Prophet, when you (and the believers) divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed waiting-period and count the waiting-period accurately . . . 4 And if you are in doubt about those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, (you should know that) their waiting period is three months, and the same applies to those who have not menstruated as yet. As for pregnant women, their period ends when they have delivered their burden.
