How does a born again Christianity go about leaving Christianity and returning to his pre Christian state?
The Pernicion asked:
Anyone who responds by saying that no true Christian ever leaves Christianity will be blocked promptly and reported for misusing the question and answer format. Refusing to provide a meaningful answer to a meaningful question that is seeking meaningful knowledge is not respecting the question and answer format; it is also disrespectful towards others. I sincerely want advice for how to leave Christianity and retrun to my pre Christian state.

There are some that have gone from us that were really never of us. God doesn’t make mistakes so if your desire is to leave than perhaps you were never saved to begin with.

If that’s the way you feel, then you already no longer are Christian (if you ever were, I do not know)

*shrug* Just stop identifying as one. It really is that simple.

I must admit I’ve never seen this question before, or at least, never stated quite this succinctly. As a born again Christian, I’m struggling with the “why”, but that part is between you and God.
That being said, if I understand correctly, you want to become “un-born again”. I suppose you just turn your back on the Lord Jesus Christ and renounce your faith. Will that take you to a place where you no longer have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit? I don’t know. As I said, I’ve never run across this question before.
May I at least know why?
